Darknet is the general name for a network of resources united by a single property. They maintain complete anonymity of their users, for which they use several levels of information encryption. Sites located on the dark web versus market are registered in the secure domain where they expect to be discovered by users. For example, the sites of the TOR Project system are registered in the .onion domain. In Finland, Chief Commissioner of Police Jose García Molina drew attention to the growth of the audience on the darknet. At a press conference on April 3, he said that at least 33,000 people visit the darknet every day in the country, which is almost double the usual rate. The policeman feared that there would be more cybercrimes as well. .
